Sunshine Folio

I love photography, not only I love taking pictures, I also appreciate beautiful images. However, I don't like to receive an image DVD in a plastic case, it completely takes the artistry away from it. When you receive something as precious as life moments frozen in time, you want to feel like you have been given a priceless present, another chance to relive those past moments. So I was extra excited when approached by a photographer that I have worked with at multiple events to create something for his studio.

I wanted something that can be proudly displayed, something as elegant and timeless as any coffee table books, so I created a tri-fold folio wrapped with bookbinding cloth.

I loved applying bookbinding techniques to this project, the result was beautiful and elegant! Am I itching to make another photo album?

Vanessa

Vanessa approached me to create her wedding invitation that would make a tree as the focal point, it was a cute tree. You get a little shabby chic and a little rustic just by looking at the invitation, just the way she wanted her wedding. I especially loved her wedding plans when she told me her father will be building small wooden crates with her to add personal touches and spend quality time.

To continue the rustic theme throughout bring in some girly-ness to her invitation suite, we finished off with a kraft envelope lined with vintage inspired paper.

To make it even more fun, the envelope linings had personalities too!

Hand bind album with LOVE

There is no better way to show case the love you have for handcrafted goodies than to create a hand bound album. This album was created as a guest sign-in book for a wedding in Long Island, NY, it was going to house polaroid pictures of the guests.

Each page was created with love and meant to withstand a lot of flipping through.

No attention to detail was spared, the cover was covered with kraft material and finished with spine wrapped in the same material as part of the wedding invitation components.

I loved the process of creating this, and loved how it came out.

Marvin Tsai Photography

Marvin and I shared the same love for letterpress stationary, so I was very happy and excited when he approached me to create something simple yet unique for his studio.

The media case was first pressed with Marvin's logo then handcrafted into an envelope.

I love a simple design that allows the beauty of the cardstock to shine.

Elaine

I don't get opportunities to work with brides who wanted their wedding invitations to be truly minimal, so I enjoy and appreciate it when the rare opportunity comes by.

I love the cream and the black, it just looks so elegant and classic. Perfect for the timeless venue.

I almost printed in all cream color, it soften the invitation and added some femininity.

Colette

I had a lot of fun working with Colette, not only she was probably one of the sweetest girl I have ever met, her and her fiancé Greg was just too cute together!

I love the choice of colors, very bold and sophisticated.

It has a touch of regal vibe to it, very classy.

Cristina

My girly girl bride, Cristina, asked for something romantic and girly for her Nov wedding at an yacht club, she also asked me to somehow incorporate her beloved schnauzer, Ari, into her invitation design.

I love the details on the sweet penoies, so fluffy!
